The aim is to ensure that these businesses meet certain requirements in terms of service quality, safety, comfort, as well as sustainable and responsible practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certification of tourism businesses is often carried out to enhance the quality of the tourism industry, build trust among tourists, and ensure that tourists have a positive experience during their travels. By obtaining certification, tourism businesses can demonstrate that they meet specific standards and have undergone independent assessments related to their quality and compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Indonesia, there is a certification program managed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, known as the Indonesia Tourism Certification (ITC) program. This program aims to improve the quality of tourism services and products in Indonesia and enhance the international competitiveness of the tourism industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tourism business certification involves a series of processes, starting from registration, assessment by certification authorities or independent auditors, and ultimately being awarded a certificate as a sign that the
