The implementation of Tourism Certification adheres to the following provisions:
- SNI ISO/IEC 17065-1:2012 Regarding Conformity Assessment - Requirements for Certification Bodies of Products, Processes, and Services. (DOWNLOAD)

Tourism Business Certification Cost Standards
- Penentuan standar biaya sertifikasi usaha pariwisata dihitung berdasarkan Man Days audit yang mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif/Kepala Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Nomor 18 Tahun 2021, sedangkan untuk Sertifikasi SNI 9042:2021 mengacu pada PBSN Nomor 24 Tahun 2021
