TOURISM CERTIFICATION SERVICES

Tourism Business Certification is the process of granting certificates to tourism businesses to support the improvement of the quality of tourism products, services, and the management of tourism businesses through auditing activities.

Tourism business certificate is a written proof provided by the tourism business certification institution to tourism businesses that have met the tourism business standards.

Tourism Business Standards are qualifications or classifications for tourism businesses that encompass aspects of tourism products, services, and the management of tourism businesses.

Tourism Business Certification Cost Standards

  • The determination of tourism business certification cost standards is calculated based on audit Man Days, referring to the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2021. For SNI 9042:2021 certification, it follows PBSN Number 24 of 2021.

Scope

In order to improve the quality of tourism services and the productivity of the tourism industry, especially in enhancing international competitiveness and achieving. quality tourism diperlukan adanya sebuah Sertifikasi Usaha Pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif.

SCOPE OF TOURISM CERTIFICATiON

Stages & Processes

  • Basic Requirements: have an NIB (Business Identification Number) and TDUP (Tourism Business Registration Certificate).
  • Application Submission: entrepreneurs submit a certification application letter to PT. ISE.
  • Document Review: The auditor will review the documents and Standard Operating Procedures as required in the Business Standards, in accordance with the scope of the proposed business. 
  • Field Audit: The auditor will conduct compliance audits at the tourism business location to examine the alignment of documents with their implementation and verify the results of this certification audit. The auditor will report audit findings and recommendations.
  • Certification Issuance: If the audit report indicates that the tourism business standards have been applied in accordance with effectiveness as verified by the auditor, the report will be forwarded to the reviewer and decision-maker. A decision result that is deemed 'Compliant' will be issued a Certificate.
  • Surveillance Audit: It is part of the ongoing improvement conducted within one year after the Tourism Business Certificate is issued, by reviewing the business activities' compliance with the established Tourism Business standards.

Complaint

Complaints in tourism certification are a written expression of dissatisfaction from individuals and/or institutions regarding the activities of tourism business permit holders. Complaints can be submitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan or to the email address: pariwisata@ptise.co.id and/or adminpar@patise.co.id, provided with clear identifying information from the complainant. Appeal

Banding is a written request from a tourism business permit holder to review the results of the certification process to the Tourism Business Certification Body (LSUP) and/or a written request from LSUP to KAN for a review of the results of the accreditation process.

An appeal by the auditee to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan shall be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the date the decision report of the assessment/verification results is delivered. Appeals shall be submitted in writing to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan or to the email address: pariwisata@ptise.co.id and/or adminpar@ptise.co.id along with clear identifying information of the appellant.

Applicant's Rights and Obligations

  • Submit a request letter and fill out the application form to be submitted to the management of PT ISE.
  • Inform if there is a change in scope.
  • Always meet the certification requirements, including implementing appropriate changes communicated by PT ISE when necessary.
  • Inform the certification body, without delay, of any changes that could affect its ability to comply with the certification requirements.
  • Willing to:
    • Evaluation and surveillance are conducted, including provisions to examine documentation and records and access to equipment, geographical locations, personnel, and relevant client subcontractors.
    • Additional audits or special audits are conducted in case of complaints.
    • Do not use their product certification in such a way that it damages the reputation of the certification body and do not make statements regarding their product certification that are deemed misleading or invalid by the certification body.
    • Allowing the presence of observers during audit activities.

  • Obtaining the results of the Application and Review
  • Menolak atau menyatakan keberatan atas Auditor yang ditugaskan oleh PIHAK PERTAMA secara tertulis, lengkap dengan alasan penolakan dan disampaikan pada awal pelaksanaan verifikasi dan penilaian lapangan
  • Menerima hasil pekerjaan jika telah memenuhi persyaratan dan ketentuan yang telah disepakati sebagaimana diatur dalam Perjanjian Kerja (Kontrak)
  • Mengajukan keberatan atas hasil verifikasi lapangan selambat-lambatnya 14 (empat belas) hari kalender setelah dikeluarkannya Keputusan Sertifikasi sesuai peraturan yang berlaku
  • Berhak untuk menggunakan Logo sertifikasi pada media promosi, interior atau bangunan, website, kop surat, amplop, kartu nama atau hal lainnya yang relevan.
