KELUHAN SERTIFIKASI
Complaints in tourism certification are a written expression of dissatisfaction from individuals and/or institutions regarding the activities of tourism business permit holders. Complaints can be submitted at any time and must be submitted in writing to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan or to the email address: pariwisata@ptise.co.id and/or adminpar@patise.co.id, provided with clear identifying information from the complainant. BANDING SERTIFIKASI
Banding is a written request from a tourism business permit holder to review the results of the certification process to the Tourism Business Certification Body (LSUP) and/or a written request from LSUP to KAN for a review of the results of the accreditation process.
An appeal by the auditee to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan shall be submitted no later than 14 calendar days from the date the decision report of the assessment/verification results is delivered. Appeals shall be submitted in writing to PT Intishar Sadira Eshan or to the email address: pariwisata@ptise.co.id and/or adminpar@ptise.co.id along with clear identifying information of the appellant.
