CERTIFICATION SFM
Sertifikasi Sustainable Forest Management (SFM IFCC) ;
It is a certification scheme for sustainable forest management through forest certification and labeling of products made from certified forests, trees outside forests (TOF), recycled materials, and controlled sourcesthrough standards developed by IFCC (Indonesian Forestry Certification Cooperation), which is the body responsible for developing forest certification schemes in Indonesia that establish standards and certification requirements through a consensus-based process (IFCC ST 2001; 2021).

The IFCC Sustainable Forest Management Certification Standards refer to the provisions as follows:
- SNI ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 Conformity assessment – Requirement for bodies providing audit and certification of management system Part 1 – Requirements (Penilaian Kesesuaian, Persyaratan lembaga penyelenggara audit dan sertifikasi sistem manajemen);
- SNI ISO/IEC 19011 ; 2018, Guidelines for auditing manajemen systems (Panduan Audit Sistem Manajemen);
- IFCC ST 1001 : 2021 Sustainable Forest Management – Requirements. (Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari – Persyaratan);
- IFCC ST 1002: 2021 Requirement for Bodies Providing Audit and Certification Against IFCC Sustainable Forest Management – Requirements (Persyaratan untuk Lembaga yang Menyediakan Audit dan Sertifikasi terhadap Persyaratan Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari IFCC).

Scope
Ruang lingkup sertifikasi Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari mencakup:
1. Management of Natural Forests/Plantation Forests/Management Rights (Corporate)
- Annex 1 ; Explanation of some requirements
- Annex 2 ; Spesific Interpretation of requirement in the case of forest plantation
2. Community Forest
- Annex 3 ; Specific interpretation of requirements in the case of community forest
3. Trees Outside Forest
- Annex 4 ; Specific interpretation of requirements in the case of Trees Outside Forest (TOF)
The implementation of the certification scope as described above can be in the form of single-site, multi-site, and/or group certification.

Tahapan & Proses
Secara singkat tahapan dan proses Sertifikasi SFM IFCC yang dimulai dari aplikasi permohonan hingga diterbitkannya sertifikat, proses pengawasan (Surveilance), Audit Khusus (jika ada), transfer sertifikat, hingga proses Re-sertifikasi tergambar melalui flow chart di bawah ini
Non-Bias Policy
PT Intishar Sadira Eshan is an impartial certification body capable of providing reliable certification. Certification decisions are based on objective evidence of compliance (or non-compliance) obtained from audits conducted according to criteria and indicators, and these decisions are not influenced by other interests or parties.
To implement the impartiality management of PT Intishar Sadira Eshan adopt a policy to minimize potential elements of bias in the certification process at each stage of the procedure evaluated in its Management Review, thus can anticipate threats to impartiality, including conflicts of interest, self-review threats, known threats (or biases), and intimidation threats.
Related matters regarding the safeguarding of impartiality and non-diskriminasiIn such cases, PT Intishar Sadira Eshan will prepare an impartiality report covering a one-year activity period in the form of an impartiality evaluation report. The Quality Manager/Management Representative will then seek input from stakeholders, such as:
- Regulator (PEFC / IFCC for CoC and SFM certification services,
- Akademisi
- NGO (Such as the Independent Forestry Monitoring Network / IFMN)

Complaints and Appeals
Banding adalah Permintaan tertulis oleh setiap orang atau organisasi (pemohon) untuk meninjau Kembali setiap keputusan yang memengaruhi pemohon dimana pemohon menganggap keputusan yang telah diambil tersebut melanggar persyaratan atau prosedur IFCC (IFCC PD 1002 : 2021 klausul 3.1)
Keluhan adalah Pernyataan tertulis atas ketidakpuasan (selain Banding) oleh setiap orang atau organisasi yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan IFCC (IFCC PD 1002 : 2021 klausul 3.2).
PT ISE will ensure that the party filing a complaint or appeal can submit the content of the complaint or appeal, which includes the certification decision, certification process, the use of certificates and certification marks, and/or the practices/operational performance of the auditee related to regulations and/or certification requirements.
The submission of an appeal related to certification decisions must be made no later than 30 (thirty) days from the certification decision.
PT ISE will resolve complaints and appeals within a maximum time frame of 6 (six) calendar months from the receipt of the complaint or appeal. If the resolution of complaints does not require an on-site investigation, then the Ad Hoc resolution team, under normal circumstances, will take a maximum of 3 (three) months to complete the process.
PT ISE will provide a summary report of the complaint and/or appeal resolution to the PEFC or IFCC Board. The summary report of complaints or appeals shall, at minimum, include the following:
- Identification of the applicant/complainant
- Identification of the auditee.
- Subject of the complaint.
- Summary of the complaint handling process
- Results of the complaint resolution
Applicant's Rights and Obligations
Trademark
The IFCC trademark is a symbol/sign that represents the visual identity of IFCC. This trademark is registered and owned by IFCC and consists of;
- The IFCC initials, and;
- The IFCC logo consists of a lush tree standing upright with 3 (three) branches on the main trunk and 3 (three) curved leaves. The IFCC logo must always be used on IFCC labels.
PT ISE telah terakreditasi oleh Komite akreditasi Nasional pada tanggal 30 September 2023 dengan nomor akreditasi LSSFM-002-IDN dan telah di Notifikasi oleh IFCC pada tanggal 3 November 2023
The IFCC trademark is as follows:
Logo IFCC dapat digunakan oleh pemohon (pemegang sertifikat) dalam kombinasi dengan tanda individu atau kolektif. Untuk aturan terkait penggunaan logo IFCC, silakan pemohon merujuk kepada dokumen IFCC ST, 1003:2021 : “IFCC Trademarks Rules – Requirements (Aturan Merek Dagang IFCC – Persyaratan).
The Indonesian Forestry Certification Cooperation (IFCC) is a non-profit organization established on September 9, 2011. IFCC aims to promote and enhance sustainable forest management in Indonesia through the implementation of forestry certification that meets the PEFC criteria for sustainable forest management. The IFCC standards for sustainable forest management are endorsed by PEFC.
IFCC has officially become National Governing Body PEFC in Indonesia since November 2012, and on October 1, 2014, the IFCC certification scheme officially received endorsement from PEFC Council.

Khusus untuk pengelolaan hutan pada hutan tanaman dan atau Trees Outside Forest sesuai dengan Persyaratan Standar IFCC ST 1001 : 2021 ( annex 2 dan annex 4 klausul 7.1.4 ) bahwa areal yang akan disertifikasi dibangun dibawah tanggal 31 Desemebr 2010.
